Does Floor and Decor have a Tax Exemption program?

Yes, Our F&D Tax Exemption program supports tax-exempt purchases for qualified customers. We are happy to help our customers manage the documents needed to shop without being charged sales tax. Please visit your nearest F&D store to register for our tax exempt program and make tax-free purchases. If you qualify as a tax exempt shopper, please provide the needed information and documentation to our in-store associate. All exemption requests are subject to review and approval within 24 – 48 hours based on state and local laws. Please note, you will only have to register at one F&D store, and your exemption will be active for all purchases in the state where your exemption applies. Tax is calculated based on the final destination of the product. If your product will be picked up or shipped to a state where you’re currently not registered as tax exempt, you will be charged sales tax. You can register your organization as tax exempt in multiple states with the appropriate state exemption documentation.
