What is the difference between water resistant and waterproof?
Water resistant is not the same as waterproof. Typically, when a product is labeled as water resistant, it indicates that the flooring can resist water penetration. Small spills should be cleaned up immediately and not be allowed to sit. Waterproof indicates a higher level of defense than what is identified as water resistant. Please see your specific brand information, installation instructions, and warranty for additional details.
