Do wood floors need to be sanded or buffed?

To address damage to the wood's sealant layer, we recommend buffing the product. If the damage is deeper than the sealant layer, sanding and refinishing may be required. Please confirm your product is able to be refinished before proceeding. We recommend working with a licensed contractor or installer who has experience repairing damaged wood floors.
