Frequently Asked Questions

We offer samples on most flooring, wall tile and custom countertop products.

The price for each online flooring or wall tile sample is $3.00. Custom countertop samples are $5.00. This includes shipping within the continental United States.

Most samples are cut to a range of 3” to 6” width and length. Due to the nature of specific products, and to provide customers an accurate representation, some samples may differ from this standard range. Samples are cut from the actual product, so the sample may not include the entire pattern or graphic as displayed online.

You will receive a sample credit code within 10 days of purchase. This code can be used for up to $30 dollars off your next website purchase of $150 or more.

Most samples are shipped in 8.5"x 12" padded envelopes. If more than 3 or 4 samples are ordered, they are shipped in a box.

You can expect your sample order to arrive within 7-14 business days.

Online sample orders are only mailed. However, our stores do have samples available for purchase.

You can order a maximum of 3 of the same kind of sample with a limit of 10 samples per order.
